G.D. Female patient living in Nigeria coming with multi-abcess on 32-33-34. Strategy followed: Remove 32, 33, 34. Deep cleaning from abcess on 32, 33, 34. Implants ITI -Straumann, swiss made, on 32, 33, 34, 36 and 37. 
Concentrated Growth Factors new concept as a technique for bone graft, the L-PRF. What does L-PRF stand for? It is an Acronym for Leukocytic-Platelet Rich Fibrin. 4 months later: Implant heads.
