French patient came because of serious perio problem on 41-42 [mobility+++] and she wished for implant surgery and immediate loading with temporary 4 elements acrylic bridge. Case implemented in one hour of time. Extractions 42-41-31-32 Implants Straumann 3.3 NN 12mm on 42 and 32. Immediate implantation and loading. Pictures, before, during surgery and after. End of first step, waiting for osseoitnegration, 6 weeks later.
