- Has three children: Paul [Bachelor in Computer Sciences & MBA @ AUB, Jean-Michel, Bachelor in Economic Sciences, Master Finance and Banking from USJ, CFA Level 1, Master in Finance ESA and Linda, Bachelor Economic Sciences from AUB , Master in Management at ESA in Beirut and ESCP in Paris.Internship in Managment at Elie Saab fashion HQ in Paris 2010

- University of Bordeaux-France study in the field of Dentistry and Oral Surgery (1974-1979).
- University Doctorate in Dentistry and Oral Surgery from the University of Bordeaux -France on 1979.

- He was elected chairman of the scientific committee of the LDA Tripoli (1992-1993).
- He was the chairman of the Organizing Committee for the first dentistry conference in North Lebanon (9-10 May 1992)
