After seing the Episode "Aynak A Sehtak" on Future TV [Al Mostaqbal] a female patient came from Baghdad with his husband to do implants.
After taking an OPG and a CT Scan, we have agreed on the following plan:
Lower maxillar - front 42, 41, 31 and 32. [Proalveoly with a big open bite and gum disease]. So to maintain the bone, the best is to remove the acrylic tooh between 31 and 41 - see pic - and then remove 42, 41, 31 and 32 , put implant inso socket 42 and 32 and then a stellite partial to create a brake for the tongue for not move vestibulary. [ The choice of fixed bridge on 32-42 was not taken into consideration, as the tongue will move to front permanently and the implants will fail under continuous moving.
Straumann Implants 4.1 - 10mm for both 42 and 32.
Bone graft was implemented on vestibular side on the lower front maxillar and on buccal around 32 and 42. Sutures.
