Young patient came to my clinic asking for a "Hollywood smile". After Laser bleaching therapy, composites were changed on 11-21 [A2 Vita shade], and two crowns veneer on 11-21. 
After Laser Bleaching. 
New composite Fillings on 11-21 [A2 Vita] InCeram crowns on 11 and 21 - Case finished. WAOOOOOOOOO ... The Hollywood Smile!
