Patient female came to our dental clinic in Meziara [Lebanon] with a panoramic XRay . She was suffering from 14 and 15 .
The plan was as follows. Extraction 14 and 15. Bone graft on vestibular side to increase bone ridge [year 2006] and an acrylic partial to keep aesthetic. 
Now the situation is as shown on the picture, the panoramic and CT Scan [s] : 
Implants in 14 and 15 placements implemented on 23 November 2007.
